Working together

Frequently asked questions

The questions that come up before and during engagements. If yours is missing, ask it directly.

Working together

Question: Can you manage both strategy and execution?
Operloom replies:

Yes, that is the point of working with me. From growth roadmaps and account-based campaign strategy down to hands-on work like building HubSpot workflows, developing websites or optimising Google Ads campaigns, I cover both. Strategy is written by the same person who implements it, so nothing gets lost in handover.

Question: What industries do you specialise in?
Operloom replies:

I have worked across FinTech, MarTech, SaaS, education, logistics and travel, helping businesses scale their marketing and digital systems. The common thread is organisations that value data-driven growth and automation; the approach adapts to any sector that fits that description.

Question: Do you work with international clients?
Operloom replies:

Yes. Engagements support organisations and market programmes across the United States, Europe, the GCC and wider EMEA. Delivery is organised through direct working sessions, shared project systems, documented decisions and clear ownership across every stage.

Question: What do I need to provide to get started?
Operloom replies:

Your business goals, any branding assets such as logos, access to the relevant systems (website, analytics, CRM), and a sense of what success looks like. A short discovery call clarifies everything else before the project begins. The project brief is the fastest way to give me that context.

Services

Question: What CRM services do you provide?
Operloom replies:

Implementation, customisation and rescue of CRMs including HubSpot, Salesforce, Brevo and Zoho: data architecture, lifecycle stages, pipelines, automation workflows, lead scoring, data migration and deduplication, integrations, reporting and team adoption. See CRM implementation for the full picture.

Question: Do you offer marketing automation setup?
Operloom replies:

Yes. I design and deploy workflows using n8n, Zapier and Make that cut manual tasks, connect systems and add AI-assisted steps with human approval built in. Typical builds include lead routing, content operations, data synchronisation and reporting automation. Details under marketing automation and AI.

Question: How do you approach SEO differently?
Operloom replies:

Beyond keywords: technical audits, Core Web Vitals, topic architecture and internal linking treated as a system, programmatic SEO only where a real dataset justifies it, and AI-assisted content inside a governed editorial workflow. Organic performance is reported against pipeline contribution, not just sessions.

Question: Can you optimise paid ads across multiple platforms?
Operloom replies:

Yes, I manage multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta and TikTok with a focus on lead quality and cost per opportunity rather than clicks. Tracking is verified before spend scales, and results are reported in pipeline terms.

Question: Do you provide training for teams?
Operloom replies:

Yes, tailored workshops on SEO, CRM, paid campaigns and automation. I have taught digital marketing at university level and trained internal teams at the companies I have worked with, so sessions are practical and built around your actual systems.

Delivery

Question: How do you measure success in your projects?
Operloom replies:

Clear KPIs agreed up front: traffic growth, qualified pipeline (MQL/SQL), acquisition cost reduction, ROI attribution and engagement, depending on the engagement. Dashboards and attribution models keep everything transparent, and I report against contribution rather than activity.

Question: How long does a website project take?
Operloom replies:

Most standard marketing websites complete within two to four weeks. Larger builds, migrations with significant content, or projects that also include CRM and automation take longer. Timeline depends heavily on how quickly content and feedback arrive, which we plan for explicitly.

Question: Can I edit the website myself after launch?
Operloom replies:

Yes. Every site I build ships with a content management interface and structured content collections, so your team can edit pages, services, articles and settings without touching code. You also get guidance on the editing workflow during handover.

Pricing and support

Question: Do you offer ongoing support or maintenance after launch?
Operloom replies:

Yes. Lightweight maintenance covers updates, backups, monitoring and small fixes; larger retainers cover ongoing optimisation, campaigns and automation work. Maintenance scope and pricing are agreed per site depending on its stack and criticality.

Question: How does pricing work?
Operloom replies:

Three models: fixed-scope packages with published starting prices, monthly retainers for ongoing work, and custom engagements for larger programmes. Starting prices are on the pricing page; exact quotes follow a short discovery of your scope. No engagement starts without a written scope and price.
